Kettlebell Swing = Full American swing, arms covering ears at top with hips open.
Maintain lumbar curve with both movements.

Trickle, 3:50, lack of good warmup, not fully recovered from Wednesday, and an early day tomorrow that will require everything at 90% or better kept me from mentally and physically being able to workout at a high intensity level. I should have just taken another day of rest, but just going through that gave me some good ideas. No EXTRA for me today.
