Perform the work as follows:

5 Pullups, 10 Pushups, 15 Squats, then

5 Pullups, 10 Pushups, 15 Squats

    doctor screwed up and released me to run. Man was I ready. Whole body hurt don't know if it was the 12 days off or the hole where my gall bladder once was. Either way I'm back and loving it. Will be doing body weight this weekend and next week
