LOVE THE BAR - CFJax


Warmup
400m run
tire flips x 10
pull ups x 8
burpees x 6
turkish get ups (2ea side) x 4
rope climbs x 2

Workout - Love The Bar - CFJax
3 RFT
400m overhead walk w/ 45# barbell
45# back squat jumps x 50

barbell does not touch ground during rounds.
rest in any desired position.
back squat jumps are full depth; feet must leave ground on jump.

    AM: Trail Run (45 minutes, Approx 4.5-5 mi) Met a buddy who is training for a 40 miler, ran a few with him as time allowed. I ran a little faster than his 40-miler pace and kept going up and coming back. Not sure of the total miles covered.
