ReplyDeleteAM: Trail Run (45 minutes, Approx 4.5-5 mi) Met a buddy who is training for a 40 miler, ran a few with him as time allowed. I ran a little faster than his 40-miler pace and kept going up and coming back. Not sure of the total miles covered.
