    Trickle, 199, AM, 8 rounds + pullups
    treated as more of a warmup session. 1 round per minute or more is likely possible at race pace. Dips were a limiting factor for me today.

    Not sure what the time ended up being. This week has taken its toll on me. That workout was good on many levels. Will be revisiting that sometime.
