Another way to work out the lungs

AM Workout
4 Rounds with 2 minutes rest between rounds
Body Weight Back Squat x max reps
70# KB Swings (A) x max reps
Striders for total reps squat+swing ea round

PM Workout
Trail Run


Post total striders and time minus 6 minutes and/or trail run time to comments.

    13/15, 7/15, 5/15, 5/6=81 striders, 11:27
    the numbers don't lie, I still need to keep working the squat. I didn't think the numbers would fall off like they did, but the striders started a fire in my legs and the kb swings were mostly upperbody to preserve any chance of continuing with each round.
    Cabana, 195, 11:17, better numbers on the back squat than me. Probably 40+.

    Bec, did 80# squat and 35# swings, not sure of reps and time but she said it was a little less than cabana each round.
    The hill will feel great tonight!
