    I just realized that today I went to the gym and rested longer than I worked. Even though I thought the workout was a success right afterwords, now I'm not so sure.

    Muscle up day 20: SUCCESS.
    WOD as rx'd. Agree with clint, too much rest and I am the one that thought the rest should be progressive as the weight got heavier to keep round times closer together. Should have been rest intervals of 1,2,&3 minutes.
