Warmup
Burgener x 3
Barbell Complex x 2
Leg Blaster x 1

Work
3 Rounds for total reps
Complete as many reps in one minute of each of the following
Log Squat
Tire Flip
Rope Climb
Double Unders
Then, Run 400m

Post reps and 400m run times to comments

    Trickle, 200, rx'd. Gogle showed up, so there were 3 of us pounding this one out. The workout was as hard as the individual made it. Cool to get back some use of old tools. The tire flip was brutal, especially after the rope climbs and squats. The log was nerve racking, covered in splinters, once in place it was just a matter of going up and down. Probably not heavy enough for squats. Next time we will do lunges or overhead carry. Rope climbs were all but impossible after the first round. Double unders allowed for a little break, but if continued for the whole minute, the 400m sprint was turned into a 400m jog while I was gasping for air. Definately planning in more of these, modifying the rest/transition time and increasing the weight and/or intensity.
