Active Rest

I am really liking the way the workouts are going and the effort from everyone involved. Technique and effeciency is the primary focus and things have come a long way. Rest if you need to today, otherwise keep moving forward. Congratulations to Clint for achieving another of his personal goals. Congratulations to Cabana on the sub 19 min 5k row. Who will be the first to put their goals on the wall of the shop for all to see? Who will be the next to set a PR? They came hard and fast this week.
