-Explode with the hips, big shrug, maintain lumbar curve

Work
5 min AMRAP (Use 20# weighted vest)
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Air Squats
5 min AMRAP (No vest)
10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull @ 95
10 Box Jumps @ 24
***No rest between AMRAP's, just toss the vest and go***

Post # of rounds from each to comments
example: 3 rds +5 pullups, 6 rds + 6 SDLHP
