Pop Quiz

9 Deadlift @ 225
9 Box Jump @ 30" (Hips open above top of box)
15 Front Squat @ 135
15 KB Swings @ 53# (Maintain lumbar curve and straight arms)
21 G2OH @ 135
21 Burpee Pullups (CFJax Style - Hands off ground at bottom)
----Rest 3 min----
4 RFT
2 Muscle-Up (Sub on this is assisted muscle up - start on knees)
25 Double Unders
2 HSPU
25 Full Sit-ups


***Scaling is more important than time and machismo***
All sets must be done unbroken and focus on form.  Obvious bad form constitutes a no rep. 
• Deadlift, Front Squat, and G2OH must have good lumbar curve.
• Hips must open at the top of all 3 lifts or rep does not count.
• Arms must lockout at top and cover ears OH.
• Bar can be dropped at top of deadlift, but only allow enough time to set up properly, no unneeded rest.

Post weight used on top section, and time on bottom section to comments.
