Rest / Olympic Lifting Reminder


Rest your body and clear your mind in order to be prepared to input some new information. Tomorrow will be a lighter weight and faster circuit before Saturday's Olympic Lifting Seminar.

We'll be welcoming back John Kaupp for the morning who is Club Coach Certified through USA Weightlifting, CrossFit Level 1 trainer, and RKC certified. The plan for Saturday is to go over a quick fundamentals warm up before diving deep into improving our efficiency in the following lifts:

Cleans
- squat and power
Squats
- high bar and low bar back squats
- overhead squats
- front squat
Dead Lift
- sumo and standard
Jerk
- push and split
Snatch
- full and power

There should be some time at the end for questions and some work with other movements. Please plan on attending if you can. Last time John came by for a general strength seminar we learned a lot and got a great workout at the same time.
