    That was tough, all of it. The idea of shorter and heavier timed wods is something we have only begun to explore. Went unbroken on all but the cousins and by the way those SUCK! I always wanted to try them but we never had a space that would accomodate the movement. Now that we do, and have experienced how effective they are, we'll have to work them in from time to time. I don't know what's worse, the inbred or standard cousin?
