    It takes a lot of time and patience to cut that much footage down to 5 minutes.
    If a picture is worth a thousand words than videos like that are worth a million. There's a lot of room for improving efficiency and technique within our group. Improvements in those areas lead to greater overall strength and speed, and just as important, a reduced chance of injury. Just ask Rookie about that.
