  2. the video from 12.18.08 is from the old, old, original space at TLI. It may be the only video in existence of that space. also check out video on 11.25.09 of bruce doing it for the first time, using kb's instead of 35lb plates due to lack of equipment. maybe it's time to revisit paper shop 2.0 again and collaborate with Bruce again for a paper shop 3.0???

  3. headed to patricks garage to workout today with no real plan. ended up warming up and nothing felt "right". aches and pains, injuries flaring up, and an overall lack of energy defined me. i don't know if it was the recent amounts of excess sugar, lack of sleep compounding night after night, or maybe it was "too cold" for me out there. in the end i hate to make excuses and don't even know what mine is/was for today but either way, i am no better today than i was yesterday. i'm hoping stagnation doesn't take up permanent residence in me for the next few days. pretty sure i can beat it when i'm at the shop but down here i may not be able to win the battle.
