1 barbell complex @ 65lbs
Then,
5 burpees
10 swings @ 53lbs
15 pushpress @ 65lbs
20 jump rope singles

Work-

20-5-10-15 for time of:
Burpee Box Jumps @ 24"
Swings @ 53lbs
Double Unders
Pushpress @ 95lbs
