  2. 5K Perry trail run. BeastMaster 26mins. Second place in the Masters Division. Joy 29 mins. 3rd place in women overall division. Good work Clint! Corey took first in the overal mens division with 22mins!

  6. There is no more clint, from now on it's "10k". Better log into your profile and make the change. Just kidding "10k", the run was fun, the granola was awesome. Good turnout for a cold early morning. "the shop" was represented well in manhattan. 3 of 4 of us had our shirts on.

  8. pery trail race heavy half 2:15. Trial was tough, lots of leeves covering slick rock.Leason learned: Still need to workout, just with lighter weight and less miliage. Think i could of finished a litte better if i would have kept my weekly rountine in full effect. Did get humbled, got lapped by two guys doing the 50K. Felt bad until i found out these guys finished well in the leadville 100 race this year.
