Beastmaster Training, used weighted jumprope and 20" box for step-ups (as rx'd), 204, 22:41. Did extra stepups and jumpropes because I lost count and did not want to get an *, I shot video to check form, ect but haven't looked at it yet. Could have been done under 20, and around 15 for the runners, that was my toughest part (legs were killin after the stepups and jumprope). Overall I could have/should have gone harder. Not exhausted yet. Oh well, gotta tough one tomorrow
