This time a year ago he was just a man, now he's "The Beastmaster"
Here's a look at the first workout Beastmaster did at The Shop:
5 rounds, 20-16-12-8-4 of:
run 300m
pushups
bw squats
pushpress @ 25lb dumbbells
stepups @ 25lb dumbbells
jump rope x 10
First round was done as rx'd, then he did half the reps from there on out and it took him about 45 minutes to finish the whole thing.
That's all he could manage a year ago.
Wonder how much faster it could be done this weekend?
