Endurance / Trail Run 080409 T

Rookie trying to recover after his challenge a couple weeks ago...


Yet another reason to build your endurance.
Run, Row, Swim, or Bike, it doesn't really matter.
Just push yourself in a different medium that gets you outside of the "box".

    I friggin' hate that thing but I guess that's what exposing weaknesses feels like.
    Gotta learn to love it - it's too good for me to ignore

    Pretty nervous about tomorrows prescription, hope everyone is ready to suffer.
