The Monday Grind 033009 M

5 rounds of:

18 Deadlift
15 Back Squat
12 Hang Clean
9 Front Squat
6 Pushpress / Jerk
3 Bent Over Row

Scale as needed, focus on form and range of motion. Choose from one of the following loads and do all reps at that weight:

45, 65, 95, 115, or 135

It's a grind, work quickly but not frantically. Not for time.
