10 Burpee Pullups
15 Weighted Situps @ 45lbs
5 Mr. Spectaculars @ 2 x 35lb KB's
10 Sumo Dead Lift High Pull @ 75lbs
15 Swings @ 53lb KB5 Curtis' P's @ 75lbs
10 Dead Lift @ 155lbs
15 Wall Ball @ 25lb D-Ball
Not for time but remember to keep rest to a minimum, grind through at a steady pace.
