THE MONSTER

  1. 7 rounds (or 8, light-headedness set in around round 5). Little bit different than in the past. Instead of taking long breaks between hill sprints I tried to keep rest to a minimum for a solid 30 minute workout. The hill runs were slower individually, but the amount of work and length of elevated heart rate were extended. This one brought fire to my lungs and as the trips up the hill got tougher, the trips down got more out of focus.
