There is a 3 burpee penalty for every time you break a set. Accumulated burpees are done immediatly after as a continuation of the wod.

  3. Thanks for the inspiration and the suck fest. Loads in the gym ranged from 45-95# and took about 20 minutes. I'm not sure which was worse, the 30 SDHP or the 20 SDHP. Maybe it was the 30 Push presses. Torture. Check your site all the time, you all are badasses.
