Complex Running

Work
6 Rounds for time:

Barbell Complex* - pushups + 200m sprint
Do barbell complex from start to finish, after back squat sprint out and back (200m).

*Barbell Complex is
6 Deadlift
6 Bent Over Rows
6 Hang Power Clean
6 Front Squat
6 Push Press/Jerk
6 Back Squat
6 Pushups (Substitute Run)
