Two Minute Warning

Do each of the following for 2 minutes
Rest 1 minute between efforts

Wall Ball Shots
Rowing
Thrusters (Bar Only)
KB Swings (Light)
ABMAT Situps (Use dumbells to hold down feet)
Double Unders (Switch to singles if needed to keep moving for entire time)
Ball Slams
Squat Jumps
OH Plate Lunges
Push-ups (Static hold for remainder of time if you are unable to continue to do pushups)
