Better Than Coffee
3.5 mile trail run with 20# weighted vest.
After 3/4 mile do 10 burpees.
After 2.5 miles to 15 bridge pushups. (Hands on bridge, feet held by partner)
Ibuprofen maybe bad for muscle growth, but good for pain. Needed for the legs after that run.
