Total Death / Tabata Day 3

'Total Death' - Modified (as a 150 pounder)

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:

Deadlift: 225 (Rx = 1.5 X body weight)
Back Squat: 185 (Rx = 1.25 X body weight)
Shoulder Press: 115 (Rx = .75 X body weight)

Bonus

Tabata Weighted
:20/:10 for 8 Rounds Each
Air Squats / Pushups

    For those that do not want a power workout, but want a running one do this:
    5 Rounds For Time
    10 Deadlift (Moderate) slight pause at bottom
    200m Sprint
    10 Pullups
