Thanks to the guys and girls at Crossfit Omaha, Cabana finally got to work out again.

10 Box Jump @ 30”

10 OH Lunges @ 45 (10 each leg)

10 Weighted Sit-ups @ 45

10 Burpees (CFJax Style; hands off the ground at the bottom)

    we had 2 guest tonight at the late workout! Cat and Alyce! They both did awesome. we ran 200 instead of 400 each time. Ian, age 9 also completed the workout right with us. Felt Good...as always! -joy
