deadlift were smooth and effortless, after 1:30 I had 3 rounds down and kept it steady. Finished at just over 4 min with 7 rounds. Squat cleans felt light but I was catching the bar to low? and in bad form causing a pain to develop in my lower back that woul continue throughout the workout, 3 rounds complete in under 4 min. SDLHP was too heavy and took every ounce of energy and concentration on every rep to get the complete ROM without sacrificing form, double unders were too easy and it felt as if the sumo deadlifts were never ending and continued to torture my lower back, even when form was good, 4 rounds. KB swings were the easy part of the next segment. Holding a tight core I could do them with very little back movement, but stopping the bell and transitioning to the burpee box jumps was agonizing. I found myself having to do the box jump with near straight leg, springing off my toes unable to squat and explode, 4 rounds. The thrusters were lighter than anticipated, pullups were the dagger, 4 rounds. 5 min rest and 200m run and back feels good as new.
