Focus
Front Squat
- Stance = Shoulder Width
- Bar racked, upper arm parallel to ground
- Chest Up, head neutral
- Weight on heels, maintain lumbar curve

Work
10-1 Front Squats @ 155
1-10 Push Press/Jerk @ 155
For Time

Example: Do 10 Front Squats and then immediately do 1 Push Press/Jerk
