    Trickle, 208, MOD, 185 bench, that was a killer arm intensive WOD, the running depleted any O2 stores I had going into the bench. Rounds 1-4 unbroken an started round 5 before the 20 min mark. Last round broke everything but bench. Good workout cabana.
