    *he accidentally did 40 situps instead of 30 otherwise we would have all finished within seconds of each other.

    the facility is well equipped, two level 1 trainers, and lots of intensity. we're gonna have to have them over for a workout at The Shop.

    Note to self - Wipe down pullup bar thoroughly, Vaseline residue still lingers from unpublished workout several months ago.

  5. Thank/blame cabana for the bar squat box jumps. Those things are nerve racking. Especially after a few rounds. Really good short one. High intensity.
