    I was pumped up and ready to set a PR on one of my favorites. 3..2..1.. am I ready? GO!!
    Was off to a great race in high gear until the HPC came along. Then, even though my tank was running on premium, I felt like the enging was choking on junk fuel. I've lost a decent amount of upper body strength and those 10 reps at 115 felt A LOT heavier than I remember. From that point on I couldn't get back into high gear. Broke the box jumps 6 and 4 when last time I did all 10 with ease. Even though uninvited, an enemy of mine "doubt", didn't care and showed up at the party. My mind was playing tricks on me at this point and the on board computer started to malfunction. Wasn't paying enough attention after going unbroken on the c2b and skipped the pushpress altogether. Didn't realize it until I'd wasted 6 reps on the ring pushups. I was spinning out of control. Surprising dissapointment came next when the pushpress went 5 and 5 before I recovered a little on the ring pushups with an unbroken set of 10. Back squats were no problem but I knew it was too late. Not even as quick as last time. No PR. No sub 4:00. I know I can do it, just not today, not yet.
