Run/Row (2 miles Running or 2000m Rowing)
EMOM 10 min KB Swings 53# (2 First min, 4 Second minute, ect)
Stationary Bike (5 miles **Airdyne if available, as fast as you can keep steady pace)
Tabata Squat Holds (Squat down, hold for 20 sec, rest for 10, 8 rounds)

  1. The airdyne is an unforgiving, oxygen depleting, mind and body torturing, selfish beast that really allows for no compromising or cheating. I love the taste of copper in the morning.

  2. tabata circuit
    8 rounds of 20sec work / 10sec rest of the following:
    HSPU
    Situps
    16kg Swings
    140rpm bike

    16 total minutes. Had a pretty good sweat going by the end. The bike and situps kept the heart rate up while the hspu added some strength work and the swings were probably filler more than anything. It would be interesting to compare the difficulty of doing those movements in a circuit like I did or all 8 intervals of one before moving on like tabata something else. i wonder what is "harder"
