Row/DU or 5k Run - Endurance 121509


Hit the trails for your normal 5k run, and then check out "Born to Run" and find out why you are doing it all wrong.
Or...
Spend some time on the C2 and work on a weakness. Something like this should be adequate...

10 rounds, 10-1 for time of:
row 100 meters
10 double unders

round one looks like: 1000m row, 100 du
round two looks like: 900m row, 90 du
round ten looks like: 100m row, 10 du
total meters rowed- 5,500
total double unders - 550

Either way, read the book

Post any work completed and if you've already read "Born To Run" post your thoughts on it
