  2. Thanks D, I may not have done anything today if not for your post. I gotta get lighter, quicker, and stronger. I did find a few workout partners for today. Pain, Misery, Suffering, and I did the following:

    1 mile jog @ I don't want to workout today pace, 8:53

    Rest 5 minutes

    OMEM (on the minuete every minute)
    16 rounds of 100's (results below)

    Walk 1/4 mile

    Run .75 mile @ all that's left pace

    100 times:
    1. 14.9
    2. 13.9
    3. 14.4
    4. 14.2
    5. 14.0
    6. 14.6
    7. 14.2
    8. 14.4
    9. 14.4

  3. High protein, low carb. No sugar. Very little to rat today though. Working 12 hours on a deck and the only available food was pizza. I passed. Look forward to some steak. SOON.
