Looks like it was a tough one. We might have to all head out that direction for a few trips up and down the hill.

    workout:
    20 minute amrap
    barbell complex@ 75lbs
    20 situps
    400m run

    pushups for the complex were done on rings.

    4 complete rounds + through the front squat on complex
