Average 500 was 2:08, not bad for me over that period of time
That fun that you posted that today. I was just talking to my buddy at LNC today and he said the same thing ignore the scale. You could put on 5# but it could be muscleor water weight not fat as long as your eating right. For me it's hard not to want to jump on the scale everyday to check my weight but now that I have a better diet and a GOOD workout program I don't have to worry about my weight as much. After being so big at one point and never wanting to get back to that point again makes it hard not to check my weight almost daily.
