Got a big old DNF on Fran today, my ankle is absolutely killing me. Ripped off a couple blisters too, but that isn't what stopped me. Went to the Y and did some elliptical, one of the only things that doesn't hurt.

If I could only learn to use my legs more during the thrusters and become more efficient on the pullups. My arms didn't work when I was done.
Glad to have improved but sub 5:00 is still my current goal. Re-test Friday, 10.16.09
