"Double Unders"

We're going to start working on these in warmup this week. Looks like a great tool to add to the arsenal. Try to pick up a jump rope ASAP.

    1.6 mile light jog
    5 minute DU practice

    I can't believe how hard that movement is.

    Monday - "Fran"
    Tuesday - "Nancy"
    Wednesday - active rest (not sure what yet)
    Thursday - rest
    Friday - PS Games event 1
    Saturday - PS Games events 2, and 3

    There will be two options at The Shop most days this week. I just need to focus on speed right now and the two wods above should be good for that.
