-Warm Up-

Double under therapy

complete 50 DU's, however

then, choose one of the following:

-Workout for Speed-

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

1 Barbell Complex @ 95 (-pushup, +burpee)
10 Single Arm Swings @ 35 (5 each arm)
10 Snatch @ 35 (5 each arm)
10 Box Jumps @ 24"
400m run

-Active Rest-

Do the following at a steady pace for 20 minutes:

Row 250m @ 1:00 pace
Jog 200m
Jump Rope 100
Walk 200m

  1. wow. that was a change of pace.

    i haven't done something at that pace for years.

    managed 5 muscle ups, not continuous. it was too hard on an 8' bar. you need at least 10' clearance to hang your rings.
