    992 jumprope
    90 kb swing
    80 kb c and p(40 each arm)
    70 bw squat
    60 ab wheel
    50 inverted t pushup
    40 push press 20 on DB'S
    30 weigthed kb situp
    20 jumping lunges(10 per leg)
    10 pullups

    All kb work was 16 kg
    Approx 37 minutes
    Jumprope broke would have been 1000
