13 Ball Slams @ 20lbs
11 MA Situps @ 45lbs (keep arms locked out)
9 Burpee Pullups
7 Curtis P's @ 95lbs
5 Mr. Spectaculars @ 2 x 53lb kettlebells
3 Renegade Man Makers @ 2 x 25lb dumbbells
1 Barbell Complex @ 95lbs

Not for time but also not like they do it at your local "Gym". Keep a steady pace that has you straddling the line of "control" and "chaos". In other words; induce some panic breathing, inflict some discomfort, and most importantly.... SHOW SOME INTENSITY.

  4. Good One!! This long grinding workout is a good thing to do once a week. Itis reprsenative for the reason alot of us are doing this thing.
