Or, take some time and practice working on an area you need to get better in. OHS, Deadlift, Front Squats, and Pullups are just a few of the areas we all need to get better in.

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
in 20 minutes of:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats @ 95lbs
400m run
5 full rounds + 5 pullups + 10 pushups + 15 squats + 200m run. Almost finished that 6th round.
Next time.
