5 min @ 60 rpm
5 min @ 70
5 min @ 80
5 min @ 90
5 min @ 100
5 min @ 90
5 min @ 80

45 minutes total. it's crazy, i get considerably more out of the 30/30/30 interval setup going at 70/90 rpm than i did this. interesting...
today's thoughts:
I need to be deadlifting a lot more if I'm going to reach a max of 335 without technical failure by the end of the month.
