REST DAY / The Squat 031509 S

A balanced Front Squat, with proper depth and technique.



It takes practice, time, and patience to achieve. Even more so, it must be a top priority and point of focus, or it will never happen.

Do as much research as you can regarding the squat and it's various forms; including the air squat, front squat, back squat, and overhead squat. Pay special attention to range of motion and technique.

Anyone who finds any good info regarding squat technique or would like to share any personal advice from their experience, is more than welcome to contribute. Crossfit has a ton of great videos in their exercise and demo section and may be a good place to start.

  2. Joy and Beatstmaster Ran 3.5 around the hood and Joy walked/ran 2 miles with her dog Tiger.
