ReplyDeleteThe article is so very true. We know people who want their hands held thru fitness. They go to a gym and hire a trainer there---we've all done that. And now it would feel wrong to go back to that level of training. I can't imagine doing anything different than what we do now. I'm so glad to have found "my people". Thanks Clint for inspiring and leading and thanks to MY spirit for desiring and wanting nothing less.

ReplyDeleteD- I don't know man, 12:00 sounds pretty good to me. I'm pretty nervous about the swings. Did this same one with a 35 a few months back but can't recall my time.
It should be interesting, especially with the heat at 5pm

ReplyDeleteIt's obvious to me now that timed wods are like pot in two ways;
1) they are both addictive.
2) they both effect short term memory
before long I'll be forgetting my own times
...and afterwards you just want to veg out on the couch.
