One set each @ 65#, 75#, 85#, and 95#

    5:20

    went unbroken on the OHS @ 60lbs (bw 175) but the ring pushups were more like (20,5,5) (10,5,5) (4,3,3)

    we need to be doing those more often

    then, watched trickle go. and after a total of 15 min rest....

    the new "cool down"

    f'ing ring pushups were just f'ing great, broke every f'ing set more that one f'ing time, hate those f'ing things
