Breathing Ladder 061509 M

-Warm Up-

5 min of various medicine ball work

-Workout-

Kettlebell Swing "Breathing Ladder"

One rep
One breath

Two reps
Two breaths

Three reps
Three Breaths

and so on...

You should be able to finish 30 rounds, 1-30. At 30 you can decide to stop, keep adding reps until failure, or come back down the ladder.

Rest may be taken standing, seated, or flat on your back - it's up to you.

    rest 10 min then,

    4 rounds:
    400m sprint at the top of each 4 minute interval

    1:24
    1:23

    I had planned on going 1-20-1 on the breathing ladder but getting to 20 was enough. The 400's killed, as they always do.
