    5 Power Clean @ 185
    10 Overhead Plate Lunges @ 45

    John: 4:26
    Clint: 5:40

    then, on the 4 min interval
    4 x 400m run

    John: 1:20, 1:15, 1:18, 1:23
    Clint: 1:19, 1:22, 1:26, 1:28

    man, those are hard.
